During my recent trip to Scotland for a wedding, I had the pleasure of staying at the Carisbrooke, conveniently located near Forres town centre. The property offered immaculate accommodations with a comfortable bed and a well-equipped room that included a flat-screen TV and an electric kettle, perfect for unwinding after our wedding festivities. The highlight of our mornings was undoubtedly the vegetarian breakfast served in the bar - it's a treat that's both delicious and reasonably priced. It's rare to find such thoughtful options while traveling, and it certainly aligns with my passion for sustainable choices. While there were minor inconveniences, such as the absence of a fridge, microwave, or towel racks, the warm hospitality of the family-run establishment made up for it.
